Need 450 points for April 2006 - please!

Hi,

I am new to the board and have never stayed on Disney property before.
We are looking to rent a 2 bedroom villa (maybe Beach Club or Old Key West??). We would like to go Apr 27 2006 for 10 nights - not sure how many points we will need - I think around 450?? I have already made reservations to stay at Port Orleans French Quarters for that time frame for two adjoining
rooms, but I will cancel them if I can get a villa at a reasonable price.
