Need 40 OKW studio points and resv for 12/12-12/17

Anybody able to help? I'd really appreciate it. We'd like a studio at OKW Dec 12-17 (Sun-Thurs). I know this may be impossible, but thought I'd try. If you can help, please let me know on this thread. Thanks!
