Definitely go to Flying Fish, you'll have an amazing meal. I'd also recommend 50's Prime Time just because it's a lot of fun. None of the others are really must do's for me. I do enjoy Olivia's, but have had really good luck getting in there without an ADR, I usually use it and Turf Club as fall backs for days I don't really want to plan. I also like Chefs de France, but more for lunch than dinner.
