Need 270 points for BCV 6/04 -- Done Deal!

As title said, looking for 270 points for BCV 6/18-6/25/2004

If I accumulate the total number from more than one member, how does that work? Do all the points get transferred to a single member's account and they make the ressie? I've looked through the forums and can't seem to find the answer.

And if I have a family member who is already a DVC member (but with no points to give me ), could I just transfer the points from multiple members to her account and have her make the ressie?
