Need 244 points at BCV

I need 244 points for the following vacations:
1) 162 points at BCV studio for July 28, 2004 - Aug. 6, 2004
2) 82 points at BCV studio for Oct. 6, 2004 - Oct. 11, 2004

I was hoping to rent both from one person but will split if necessary. Looking to pay $10 a point.
