NEED 200 - 350 points for BCV

I am looking to rent 200-350 points for either BCV or Wilderness Lodge for a stay June 26 thru either July 1st or 3rd, 2005. We need a 2 bedroom.
Would appreciate any advice on which resort to choose (we haven't stayed at either one yet).
Also is it worth it to stay thru the 3rd or should we get out of Disney by the 1st, we will have been in Disney from June 23rd and maybe it will get very crowded for the coming July 4th weekend.
