I am going to my 20th HS reunion & have not had the time to lose the weight the natural way. I am 15 pounds over my heathy weight (145 for 5'4" female), I have been working out at a gym 2-3 times a week, but seem to be gaining. I need to lose the weight, I try to eat right, but it seems not to be enough. Are there any weight loss pills/supplements that can help me acheive the seemingly impossible? I can up my workouts or whatever, I just need to lose the tummy. thanks!


I use the Lose It app in my iPhone to keep track of what I'm eating and my carb counts. Also watch the nuts, they have good protein but lots of fat. A handful a day can help keep you full in between meals: almonds and walnuts are best as they contain healthier fats, stay away from peanuts...
