Need 120 points for BCV in Fall 2006

My family is interested in renting points for a vacation at BCV next fall (2006). We are pretty flexible on the dates--any Sunday through Thursday (5 nights) after Labor Day but before 12/14 (excluding Thankgiving week) but the earlier (like September) the better to take advantage of potential swimming.
