I have multiple cervical fusions and ride everything.
I'm still under the care of my neurosurgeon and have his blessing along with a, if something hurts, stop immediately warning.
You know your body more than anyone else. I worked my way up from moderate rides to the fun ones. Making sure I could handle something before getting on it was very important for me
Wow- that's awesome you don't have ride restrictions.
Having been full-body paralyzed once though, I'm not really willing to take the chance. The "if something hurts, stop" doesn't really work for me- nothing has ever hurt, really. (Well sometimes the nerve pain could get really painful as feeling came back), it's more that I just couldn't use my hands at all.
Plus, how do you stop a rollercoaster mid-ride, if something goes bad?
