Good evening, My name is Kevin and I live in the UK on a small island in the middle of the Irish sea called the Isle Of Man. I am after some information on contacting Disney's Board walk resort, I breath through a neck stoma (permanent tractotomy) after having my larynx removed, I believe pets are now allowed in Disney resort hotels so am trying to contact resort to arrange a deep clean on the room I will be staying in as pet hairs and other such things as dust aggravate the lining of my airway and need to be sure that it is as clean as possible as i will be using the room as a base to clean and perform certain processes during care of my condition. I will not be arriving till mid September so just trying to get ahead of the game but am having trouble finding contact details Email/phone direct to the resort. Will there be a cost to a deep clean or is this just a request they will preform, and will I have to go through a central call centre. Any help gratefully received. Cheers Kev

Welcome!
You can simply call the resort line to request a deep clean. Or if you booked with a travel agent they can call for you. You might be able to make the request by chat. There is no extra fee for the deep clean.

As a note, only 4 WDW resorts allow pets and Boardwalk is not one of those. However any room at any resort (or other hotel) may have had a service animal in it.

Thanks again for all the reply's, will go and try the Disability's Email address or failing that have found a supposedly direct number for Boardwalk. As said not there till September so a smidgeon of time on my side.
Cheers Kev

There is no way to call the boardwalk directly. The “direct” number goes to a central switchboard. You can call reservation line and have them add a note to your reservation or email. I’d double check it was done by stopping at the front desks when you arrive.

As others have said, call the reservations line to request the allergy cleaning. I book DVC so I go through member services to request the additional deep cleaning due to allergies (I can have no scents - especially for any linens that touch my body) for all my visits. Never had an issue but I have found the room is often not ready until later in the day as they often are cleaning the carpeting and need time for it to dry.
