Nearest Ross's store WDW or POR

Not sure where to put this. Were heading to WDW and I love the Ross's dress stores in the US. I always get very very good bargains at the store in Clearwater. Can't get there in March due to flying instead of driving down. Does anyone know where the closest one is to the Walmart in Kissimmee at marker 15. I have 2 locations west vine street and North Young Parkway??? I hope to take a taxi from POR to the walmart and then to Ross's. Thanks inadvance to everyone.
