I've now stayed on Atkins induction for a week. I feel so much better--I had the standard headache, etc as I rid my body of carbs, but now I have more energy and fewer cravings. I have also started walking again--even with my skinned up knees from a fall.
My goals for this upcoming week: Stay on Atkins (this will involve planning due to the events I will be doing this week); increase my water intake; continue to walk 3-4 days this week for 30 minutes each day. Weigh in at TOPS on Monday.
