NBA Experience with bounceback?

We booked a bounceback offer in October with the park hopper plus option. The website said this includes NBA Experience if purchased after 2/11. Does that mean my tickets will not include this even though we don’t travel until September of this year? Is there a way to have it included other than just adding it separately?

And ditto on the above, they desperately need people to go.

I had this same question because our trip was in February and we had purchased the PH+ tickets before the ticket changed to include this benefit. We went to NBA multiple times without any issues. It was new to the people working there, so they didn't always know how to make it work. You must sign a waiver for each day you go and you can go in and out from when they open until closing. We were staying at SSR, so we went several evenings and my boys loved it (they play basketball all of the time).

We just went past the long line of people paying and filling out waivers and went to where you tap in. They usually had to look up our tickets on a separate iPad and then would hand us the waivers to sign. Each day counts as one PH+ entitlement.

Just adding that my kids (boys 13 and 10) LOVED the NBA experience. We spent 4 hours in there on Feb 23, went to dinner, and then came back for another hour. In the room where they have the real court and you get to take shots from the 5 spots, there was usually a line of 3-5 people waiting. Everything else in the entire place was no wait. I can't imagine this place staying in business without a much greater attendance going forward.
