Navigators Veranda Room noise

We are currently booked in a secret porthole room.

We can upgrade for about $400 to a Nav. Veranda room.

Two questions: Is it worth the extra? What is the noise level in these rooms. Any vibration from the thrusters in these rooms?

We have only been in a navigators verandah room once, but from what I can recall, there wasn't an excessive amount of vibration. Even in my favorite, 5650, which is as far aft as you can possibly get, the vibration only gets really, really noticeable during docking (when I'm back there, it is my wake-up call on port mornings ). The nav. rooms are not as far aft, and some are located on higher decks, so it would be even less likely.
