Are the first-day Navigators still handed out in the terminal when checking in? I have seen some people mention here that they didn't get the Navigator until they went to their room, but in 2002 we received ours at check-in. Thanks!

in 2001 we received it when we got to our room...in 2002 we received it at the terminal...who knows what Disney has in store for 2003!

When you check in at the terminal the Cast Member will give you a "Welcome Aboard the Disney Magic" sheet. This is a one-page paper that provides "Helpful Hints" on the front and a complete map of the ship on the reverse. The paper is printed on the same paper as a PN.

You should have a full-fledged PN in your stateroom when it's ready.

As ThreeCircles said - when you checkin you get a one page Navigator and on that it has times of when the open houses are for the labs/Common Grounds; what times and where the various reservation places open for the spa and Palo ressies - things like that. I believe it also had about the lunch buffet - the times of it; and the info about the rest of the night. I'd have to go home and look and see if that info was on there for sure. I'm almost positive that the full-fledged Navigator that was in the room was for the next day.

No, the Personal Navigator that is in the stateroom is for the Saturday that you board. Inside it also includeds several other informational papers including the Buena Vista Theatre schedule, television guide, Shore Excursion Order Form, Shore Excursion Information.
