I was able to download the navigator app on my mom’s iPhone. Does she need to have her own Disney account sign in or can she just use mine? Can two phones use the same login? She doesn’t really have email but I still want to stay connected with her while on board and she would want to use the app on board
Thanks!

Unless there have been changes in the past 2 years, no Disney account is needed. Once you are onboard the ship, everyone in the room can log into the app by using their name and birthdate. For cruisers under 13, there may be an additional step for parental permission.

The Disney account is free, and quick to sign up with. If your mother doesn't really have email, you could potentially use/make a spare for yourself and sign her up under that? If she doesn't want to have the hassle of an email herself. Then all she has to look at is the app.

You don't need to use an account to login once you're on the ship's WiFi. But if you want to log in before then, you'll need an account. You can use your one account on multiple devices just fine. I do it all the time.

No need for a Disney account to use the app once onboard. You login with your name, stateroom and date of birth. The app‘s behavior is completely different once onboard.
