Navigating through MCO airport

Hi;

What is the best way to go from Arrivals terminal to National Car Rental parking garage (we're Emerald Aisle members)? Do I still need to go from Level 2 (Baggage area) down to Level 1 (Car Rental area), bypass the rental counters and cross the street to the parking garage? Or is there an easier way?

If you're an Emerald Aisle member, after you've claimed your bags, just go down to level one and go to the garage.

I thought I read that the rental agencies were shuffled a bit in the garage, but National used to be on level 2, directly to your left as you got off the elevator.
