Na'vi or Safari??

You may be able to get a FP+ for FOP, but your plans seem to hinge on it being at a set time. That may be harder- you may have to take what you can get there and work everything else around it. FOP is definitely not to be missed. We were there last week. We had a FOP FP+ for around the time you are looking at. I had Safari for 9:30 to 10:30. My plan was to be there before Rope Drop to get to Navi--- DD was moving very slow- so we got there just after 9:00 (be aware that AK has been opening about 20 minutes early) By 9:00 a.m.- FOP was already 60 minutes and Navi was 30 minutes. By the time we had walked back to Pandora FOP was 90 minutes and Navi was 40 minutes. This was on a fairly low crowd day. We went ahead and got in line for Navi - then went straight to Safari with our FP+- and still got to Tusker House right at our 10:35 ADR.

Navi and Safari are both absolute must dos for us. Everest is pretty much a must do as well. Dinosaur we can do without.

You could do something along the lines of your first plan, but drop the FP+ for Everest- and make it for Safari and then use the Single Rider line for Everest if you and your partner don't mind being split up. DH and I have done the single rider line for Everest many times and I have never waited more than 20 minutes. It is usually more like 10 or 15 minutes and sometimes less.

Whatever you decide, you do need to tweak things a little so you are not criss-crossing back and forth across the park-- that will take a lot of time.

I'd go Safari all the way.

That said, I agree with those saying this is a full day park, especially since in my experience, even the safari itself can change quite a bit from morning to later in the day. I found our 5pm safari to be exquisite, even after being satisfied by our 9am one.

I also think Navi is kind of a snooze, it's a nice ride but not something you should prioritize at the expense of other more unique experiences. It's pretty and all but not worth a long wait, imo.

Touring Plan #2 looks like alot of cris-crossing the park to me.

But in general, I would choose NRJ because a. I haven't ridden it yet and b. I think it would be easier to get a 4th fast pass for Safari than for NRJ.
