natural relief anxiety

Not that I know of but did you try googling it.. also, go to your local health food store, the kind that sell homeopathic remedies...there are usually books you can reference and find what you may need there. Also, usually the people that work in these stores are good references.....at least that is what I have found with my local health food store.
 
Autogenic Training (silently repeating a phrase over & over)
Aromatherapy
Progressive Muscle Relaxation (tensing & releasing muscles)
Deep breathing
Visualization

When my depression was at its worse, I found reflexology very comforting and relaxing and I believe the results lasted a few days between treatments. Actually I can recommend any "hands on" treatments as my mind seems to respond positively, but it might not suit everyone.
