I gotta tell ya, I have a fab rate of 110.61 thru Alamo. Their website is very user friendly. Just thought I'd see the what I could get w National! The most unfriendly website. I had to put my info in at least 6+ times. I can't go back in and change my info. Joined the Emerald Club, says not avail at MCO, so what's the point? I know lots of you use them, could you give me some pointers. At this point I'm thrilled w Alamo's price for the week, I changed my ressie there 5x's w/o any difficulty and w a 90.00 savings thus far!

Don't know why it would say Emerald Club is not available at MCO, did you book intermediate size? I've made reservations on National's site probably 20 times using Emerald Club and never had a problem.

Yes I did try standard first and changed to intermediate, I even changed to a convertible (which I wouldn't really do). Each time it can't cont as it says no such car no emerald! Could they be sold out? I'm not concerned as I have a car, just curiously frustrated by something I know should be simple. I am very computer literate.

The only thing that you can book using EA is an intermediate. If it says not avaialble when you do that it could be sold out.

Another thing that could possibly be causing the problem is that you may need to clear your cookies on your computer. I know this happens with airfare when I look sometimes. Just thought I'd mention it! Good Luck!
