National wants $500 for Pres week?!

Hi all
I have a great rate for Pres Week and was checking National to see if the rates went down

2/18-/25/06 full size I got for $170 with priceless code

the same car is now coming up as almost $500!!!

Am i doing something wrong here? This doesn't seem right. I've cleared my cookies and internet files. anybody else getting these rates?

I am not getting rates quite that high, but I have no idea what is going on with National. Earlier this year people use to post, including my self, almost daily, about the rates going down. Thank goodness I booked so far in advance, when they were reducing their rates, most rentals were about $14-$16. a day and that was before ME. I thought once ME got started that rates would continue to go down, but they have not.
Unless they are using less cars at their MCO location because of ME and that would keep the rates high.

I have no idea either. We are going Nov. 28th and a few months ago I didn't book (in the past have gotten EA for around $100-using priceless and EntC) and now it's consistently over $200!!!
Yikes!! Still holding out for rates to come down.
