We rented a car from National - returned it Sept. 3rd. The gal checked out the car & gave us our receipt. Today Oct. 7th we received a letter from National stating that they got a notice from their Recovery Department about a 'Loss Damage Report'
They said that we should notify or Insurance Company and/or credit card to report any loss to them!!!
We don't have a clue as to what they are talking about. We called the Damage Recovery number - but of course they are only open Mon. - Fri. from 9 to 4!!!!
We are wondering if anyone else has ever received a notice like this & what was the out come???!!!
