National Rental Car location at the Dolphin?

We are planning to return our rental car at National's Dolphin location (staying at BWI). Has anyone ever used this location? Does National have a desk inside the Dolphin? Would really appreciate any info.

I used it about 6 years ago....the National Car "desk" was right by the Dolphin Hotel front desk. Hope that helps!

I made reservation with National Car Rental about 2 weeks ago.
we are staying at the CR for 4 nights and then moving to the Dolphin. When I called to make the reservations, the agent said the location at the Dolphin was no longer in service and I could return it to the Car Care Center near the Magic Kingdom. I told the agent that it was still appearing on their web-page as a return center but she said that was a mistake. I wonder if they might bring it back if it gets busy again.

Wow, thanks for the info. I made my reservation on-line (with the Dolphin as my return location) so had no idea that I wouldn't be able to return the car at the Dolphin location. I would have been really mad if I had not found out about this in advance. Did they tell you if they provide transportation to the Disney resorts from their other WDW location? I guess maybe I need to call them directly.

National has a coutesy shuttle that will return you to your WDW resort after you drop off your car at the Car Care Center.
