Made with the Ooni - still need to figure out a few things, but its not bad at all. Crisp and Curl Pepperoni makes a big difference though - but its hard to get.
My attempt at Detroit Style - had to use curds instead of brick cheese as we cant get brick cheese - but was pretty good IMO. Need to add more pepperoni though.
For the Pizza Purists - this is a Detroit Style PBJ pizza.
Caramelized Pineapple, Caramelized Onions, Jalapeno, Crushed Roma Tomatoes and maple bacon jerky.
(sorry its hard to see the pineapple, but its there)
