Disney has posted the date of the race as 3/8/08. They are using the same EPCOT course as last year. It will be the same course as the Go Red for Women 5K course less than 2 months away. Funny they would put 2 races on the same course less than 60 days apart. I would think the locals would run one and not both

I know in 2005 they had the race in June at the same time a Tropical Strom was going through. That shrunk the numbers that participated in it a little bit. I was in it and it rained pretty much the entire time before the race and through the first half of the race (at least at my pace). The next year they moved to March and had a better turnout (from what I heard) so I guess the NKF people probably asked to have it in March. In 2005 it was through Epcot as well.
