I take that back - I ended up upgrading us to a full size for only $2 more than we were paying before!

FYI - my rate is now $116 incl tax for a week in January w/priceless code and the entertainment book $20 off coupon.

Just checked mine and I still haven't been able to beat the rate I have booked for April on a Full size. $198.50 Picking up on 4/9 and return on 4/18.

undefinedundefinedJust went there and it went down 10 to 170.46 for 11 days 1/23-2/2 with the priceless code and entertainment coupon. still haven't beaten my rate from last year but this is good too..it comes out to 16.90 a day. thanks again..marianne

Mine is still sitting at $126.95 base rate for January 26- February 2nd... full size, with priceless and entertainment it is $119.31.. hoping for a drop today.... I will keep checking.

Mine is higher. I have a base of $107 for intermediate car. It's now $115. I think my total for 1 week, plus 1 day is $124 after discounts and taxes. Not bad at all.

Glad I booked my spring (May) trip also, because I have a base fare of $134 a week for intermediate, and now it's $151. Will start watching for that one to hopefully drop after I get back from my January trip.

Mine went down from 113.00 to 106.00!!! This is for Intermediate Emerald aisle; Jan 20 - 26. I used the $20 entertainment coupon and the Priceless code.

The rate for my dates is up. Oh well, I've got a great rate already ($170 and change, including all taxes, for a minivan for a week), but when I saw this post I was hoping it had gone even lower!

We're renting a full size and my rate dropped $9.00. Not a lot but it's dropped about $40 since I first made the reservation about a month ago so I'm very, very happy. Thanks AllyBri for starting this thread. Like laurabelle, I checked yesterday and nothing - and today $9.00 less. Gotta love National.

Thanks! I just saved 35.00 on my MiniVan Rental. I had to try various combinations of the Contract ID and Product Rate Code, but the 20 minutes I used doing this saved me $35.00!!! Let's see. . . .how many trips to Ghiradelli's does that make. . . .

I'm looking for a 20% off Alamo code that was posted last week. It was the cheapest that I've seen, or maybe it was a free upgrade. I was wondering if National shares codes with Alamo since they're right next to eachother. Last time we rented a car, they gave us the cheapest rate between both companies.
