National Emerald Choice

I just checked with National, and they said that my reservation is with "Emerald Choice". The most I know about this is that there will be an aisle of cars that I can choose from in my car class. Can anyone tell me how to get to this? My airline arrives on side B of the airport.

after you retrieve your bags from the baggage claim area you then proceed down the next set of escalators and then out the door to the garage to where national car is and head towards your emerald aisle unless you have counter service which then means you stop at the national counter and they have you proceed to the aisle for your car choice!

One more question.

When we choose the car we want, will there be paperwork in the car to fill out? Then, we just drive up to the booth, and it to them, and can leave? Is this right?

Cali-You already filled out the necessary paperwork when you joined EC. You hand the paperwork from the car (nothing to fill out), drivers license, Emerald Card and usually credit card to the attendant on the way out. I print a copy of the confirmation with any coupons stapled to it. I also give that to the attendent. Very easy.
