National Emerald and DC

Hi all! 2 questions for all of you who use National Car rental:

1. Can anyone join the Emerald Club? I see that you can do it on their website, but I didn't
know if you had to be a company or have a Capitol One credit card.

2. If you are part of the Emerald Club can you use the Disney Club discount when making
reservations?

Any info about this is greatly appreciated. Thanks.
