Inspired by the "Try Emerald Club Code", I played with codes for my March 2-March 7 trip.
Best rate for me came with the AMEX code from Mousesavers (yes I have an AMEX) and the Entertainment book coupon ...total of $126.76 all inclusive.
Priceless was $55 more....Emerald Club $50.
Carlson code, FWIW, was the same as AMEX, even though I used it before, I feel more comfortable with the AMEX code. Now I just have to find my darn Coupon!
This matches my Thrifty rate for a compact, So I am back where I want to be, with National.
