National Cupon Question!

Hello All,

I have a question for all you National Emerald Club experts. I am a Emerald Club member. If I reserve a vehicle for E.A, and use a cupon, can I just show it to the attendent upon leaving the garage, or do I have to wait in line inside the terminal?

I'm no expert but I have used coupons and I just show them to the attendant when driving out.

you cannot use an 'upgrade' coupon with emerald aisle or emerald reserve, for that you need to go to the counter.

You can give it to the attendant if it is a $$ off coupon. You do have to stop at the counter if you are using an upgrade coupon.

I've used the $20 coupons at the booth with no problem, as recently as 2 weeks ago.
