They say Disney World Annual Passholders get up to 20% off with the Contract ID provided in your pass sleeve.....

But I am picking up my AP at the gate ... so can I show them it after when I return? When do you pay for your rental? at pickup or drop off ?

How long should I plan to get the car back to MCO before my flight ??? My flight is at 710pm on a Friday night.

You will probably need your pass when you pick up the car. Sometimes they ask, sometimes they don't.
You pay for the car when you return it.
I would plan on 2-2.5 hours before your plane leaves to get the car back.

BTW and a FYI, you will probably get a better rate with the Priceless code.
It may say up to 20% off, but, it is rarely anywhere near that.
