National counter

Is there anyway to avoid going to the counter at National if you are using a coupon? I am an EC member.

As an EC member, book through Emerald Aisle or whatever the name of the new service is where you book the specific class of car you want and go to that aisle to choose your vehicle. Proceed to the check out booth. We almost always have a coupon and just hand it over as we drive out.

Just make your reservation logged in to the Emerald Club and as long as you are Emerald Aisle or Emerald Reserve (meaning you don't get bumped to the counter because of a special thing like a child's car seat) you will just head to the car even with a coupon. You just give it to the attendant on your way out with your confirmation!
