National Code Question, Please Help

I was wondering if anyone knew why the code was kicking out? Also I woul dlike to add a day to my res but I know I will lose the rate I have of 125.19. Should I call and give the codes in order to add the day for 20.00 without losing my 2 discounts. Any help would be appreciated. We leave on the 17th Liz
