Yes, there is a shuttle to and from port. We just used it in September and it was very easy. Here is the address if needed:

used them many times. Just be aware that sometimes the wait for their shuttle to and from can get very long

If it works for your group, have the driver drop everyone and the bags at the port, and then return the car. That way it's just one person waiting for the shuttle with no bags. Makes it easier to get on.
