National applied a coupon to my ressie?

I just booked a minivan for our December trip. I used the Priceless code and got a rate of $299 for 8 days. When I got my email confirmation from National, the total was $278. There was a $20 discount for the Entertainment book coupon. I don't have an Entertainment book and I did not apply any coupon code to my ressie.

Has anyone else had this happen? Should I call National? On one hand, I feel like they computed my rate, so they should honor it. On the other hand, I don't want to look like I'm trying to get something I'm not entitled to.

If anyone has had anything like this happen, please let me know.

Thanks!

I've never had that happen, but I did use an Entertainent book coupon (a free upgrade) and was required to hand it over when we picked up the car.

You might want to double check w/National or be prepared to pay the extra $20 (that you already thought you would be paying)

dudspizza - thank you so much for the link to that National Coupon. I've printed it out and clipped it to my confirmation email, so I should be all set now.
