Natalie's Bag of Tricks....Invitations

Sounds like a good plan to me...........
The envelope designs were created to be printed directly onto a #10 envelope. Some have printed the design, cut it out and pasted it to an envelope. I'm just a little bit nuts and send out all of my correspondence (including my bills) on decorated envelopes. I just feed them through my printer.

I had no idea about the envelopes! :lmao: :lmao: I thought I had to fold them a special way to MAKE an envelope! duh! so glad I asked. :rotfl2:

My BFFL is gonna be BLOWN AWAY (and start crying) when she sees this invite! It is gonna be soooooooooooo special I can't even begin to tell you how much this means to me. Thank you so much Natalie!

I'm so glad that you like it. I designed it after the tea cozies that are at the event. (I'm such a perfectionist that I actually researched the china pattern).

Here is a duh moment though........... what does BFFL stand for? I got the best friend part but after that I am stumped! I was going to incorporate it somehow into the design but I just couldn't figure it out!

Thanks for the Victoria Falls cursor redo (I never noticed it). These are tops! I went to Staples tonight and had the Akershus invite printed on Cover stock (which is in between weights of std. paper and card stock). I haven't tried folding it yet but I think it will be okay. I decided to save my own ink going forward. I'm going to put my designs on a jump drive, take them to Staples, and have them print them out (good idea about that fancy resume paper may use that instead of cover stock) and copy them. I'm sure all those fabulous colors in your designs will eat a lot of ink so that's my plan! And, I may continue to use the cover stock for the envelopes. BTW, how DO I fold those envelopes!

(Now whether or not that ends up being cheaper than me just buying more ink... I'm not totally sure but that's my plan and I'm sticking to it! :dance3: )

thanks again!

Wish you had posted that earlier!!! LMAO... but then again, I am not sure I couldve afforded the printing at Staples vs doing it myself right now... as someone else paid for my cartidges. But will do for the others that I am going to do!

Hi Natalie, I was just checking to see if you had gotten my request #508 pg 34, I know how much time this must take you and I don't want you to think I am rushing you, I just wanted to make sure not to miss it! Thank you soooo much!

Natalie... question for you. I am using your blank invite and filling in my own info. Something about your print looks...hmm... more 3d, maybe? (i.e. I am doing the Chef Mickey's and the font look like a shadow or something?) How do you do this? Thanks

One other question:goodvibes The link to download the blank cars white envelope (for Welcome to Disney) is not able to download. Can you post it up here please? Thanks

Natalie,

First of all WOW!! I cannot believe the work you do for others!!

I would like some invitations, but certainly do not have a problem doing them myself. I cannot imagine how many you have to do!!

Can you, or someone else, give me the "lesson" on how to use your templates and personalize them for myself? I guess first of all, is that allowed?

Thank you,

Amy
