Well I can answer this. If it is already uploaded on the internet then just put the image tags around it like this. (Just put a "/" in front of the second IMG)

---->http://www.[Insert Website].com[IMG]

Other wise you need to upload it using some type of picture service. Webshots is a decent one so try them.
