Nassau - Paradise Island or Cable Beach

We are looking for a nice beach area in Nassau, with rest facilities, beach chair rentals, etc. Any locker rentals? Is the snorkeling good at either Paradise Island or Cable Beach? What are the differences between beaches? Do any of the hotels allow cruisers to use their facilities? Thanks very much.

We enjoyed Blue Lagoon though you would have to pay for that. Friends that we were cruising with took the shore excursion to Atlantis and ended up on a beach somewhere on Paradise Island but I don't know exactly where.

Before we went I actually called Blue Lagoon to see if they had lockers. They didn't but we felt comfortable leaving our stuff on the beach since we were able to see if from where we were swimming with no problem.
