Nassau Liquor Prices?

Does anyone know if liquor prices are cheaper in Nassau, like they are in the Virgin Islands? What about cigarettes?

Wow...that kind of sounds like I'm ready to get wild on our upcoming cruise!?!

Yes they are -- at least on the booze, I don't know about the cigarettes.

I'm a Bailey's person and did not find it cheaper than at home.

We found the liquor prices to be much cheaper. We found a great store..one of the larger ones. They had an excellent selection and tastings of the locally brewed rums.

Hubby found an excellent bottle of scotch..he was thrilled.
Daughter and I got the normal stuff we love, plus the locally brewed items. Even if you go over your customs allowance you only pay pennies so it is well worth it.

We are looking forward to going back and stocking up again.
