Nassau - Ardastra Gardens & City Tour

Another question -

Can anyone provide any details on their experiences with the Ardastra Gardens & City Tour? We'd kind of like to see the marching flamingos, but not too sure. Is this something we should book ahead of time, or can it wait till we board?

The 13 of us will be on the 4-night Disney Wonder 1/18/04.
