Hello Y'all!

We are going to eat at the NASCAR sports grill in a couple of weeks for the first time and I was wondering if we should request upstairs or downstairs? We have two boys - 11 & 9. Does it really matter?

Do they take priority seating?

Thanks

We were at Nascar when our kids were 11 and 9 and sat upstairs. It was late afternoon and very busy. Nice to sit there and have a normal meal w/o snotty attitudes that you get at more expensive restaurants. We just wandered into the restaurant without reservations--only had about 20 minute wait. Food was good and prices were reasonable.

Even though we have lived in Bristol country, we are not big race fans. It was fun watching the races and call us morbid, great entertainment watching the crashes

You can make reservations on the day, but not usually necessary, as we have only ever made one reservation over the 2 summers we have been there.
Our experience of Nascar Grille, was last year , food and service was good, we sat upstairs , but when we go back this year will request downstairs, as it looked better the way it was set out .

We visited a couple weeks ago. . . actually 2 times. Neither time did we have reservations and both times we went at the busiest time for dinner and waited for no more than 10 minutes with priority seating. We sat downstairs both times, but went up to use the restrooms. We sat right by the shop part, so we enjoyed people watching as we ate.

Food both times was good, service was a little slow but you can expect that when every single table is occupied with 100 people waiting outside. We got out picture taken the first time and bought an 8 x 10.

Lots of photo ops too!

Thats funny cause when we ate there last year thats where they sat us next to the shop and thank goodness no one came into the shop while we ate cause don't like people stareing at me while I eat.
We love Nascar one of our favorite places to eat at citywalk and I think they have one of the best burgers ( the brickyard burger ) and DS's loved the lucky dog and never seen a hotdog so big you have to use a fork to eat it :lmao:

Once we visited there without reservation for dinner, though that time it was busy but we waited only for 15 minutes and got the seating.
We enjoyed watching people over there.

Take your appetite, this is the nacho "appetizer" :goodvibes
