Question about this...If I picked Jeff Gordon here for Watkins Glen, can I still have him as one of my 5 picks this week at Watkins Glen?
Isn't this the last week top get in on this special pick? Are there enough entries for it to count?

Watkins Glen-Stewart
Michigan-Edwards
Bristol-Kurt Busch
Atlanta-Johnson
Richmond-Kyle Busch

Do our picks here, have to match our pick in the regular game. For example, I picked Gordon to win this week at the Glen, but I didn't pick him in the thread for this weekends race (I still have him in my 5 though)

Does it matter?

Watkins Glen: Marcus Ambrose
Michigan: Carl Edwards
Bristol: Ryan Newman
Atlanta: Jeff Gordon
Richmond: David Reutimann

as laid out in the guidelines for this make up score, you can only pick a driver once in these five races. so you may pick him five times in the regular threads as number one but only once here. that would mean that by default you would have to pick a driver in these five races that you didn't pick as your number one in the regular threads.

although ranking drivers in the regular threads doesn't hurt or help in the scheme of things. you still get a one for the driver that wins whether he is first or fifth in your order. i have given thought to how to score correct placement picks, but haven't come up with a good way yet.

Thanks, I hadn't figured out all the details.:)
