Helppppp...I'm surrounded by boxes (I think they are multiplying at night) and I'm stuck using my son's laptop (I keep putting my fingers on the wrong keys)....

We survived the move, it rained both days we were moving stuff, not just the occasional shower either -- steady rain all the time. Finally got everything moved yesterday, spent today cleaning the old house and now...just have to find a place for everything in the new house. At least we have cable and internet - would be having a rotten weekend if they hadn't gotten it hooked up yesterdayl. My computer is still waiting to be unpacked and put together but since son has 2 he's being generous with his laptop - especially since we let him have the cable modem in his room Haven't seen much of him since they put it in yesterday.

You guys did a great job keeping this bumped - thanks I appreciate it. I do have one other small problem - my excel program where I keep track of the scores is on my computer so I'll have to figure the scores the old fashioned way tomorrow (with a calculator) so it might take a while but I promise I will get it done

We're going to the race tomorrow, I bought DH tickets in the infield granstands as a Christmas/B-day present, I can't wait!

Ugh, two weeks in a row the "slowest" races due to cautions. That was just a bad race. Palmtreegirl- I hope you had fun despite the cautions and screw ups. Glad Johnson won, he deserved that win. Was disappointed when DJ blew up but it was good for Gordon pushing him up to a 4th place finish so I can't complain too much. I really hope NASCAR gets their act together soon, these races are becoming a joke. Will have the results tomorrow. Gotta go unpack more boxes, I'm tired of tripping all the time

Not a great day for the Penske cars, if they keep this up there is no way they will be in the top 10 in Sept.

It will be interesting to see the penalties that Kenseth and Harvick get for their little
"caution tangle". Those drivers are nuts!

Very sad ending to the race. You have Harvick and Kenseth acting like children. Then you have the Nascar officials deciding to end the race under caution. Then you have the fans who have to start throwing things. Did you see the blue soft sided cooler that hit the flag guy? Like it was his call!

I really felt bad for Jeremy Mayfield (and I'm not a fan of his at all) as I'm sure he would have loved to race for a chance to win.

I was at the race and had a direct view of the grandstands and track from the infield and there wasn't wide spread throwing of things on the track at all. My Dad told me about the cooler and that's terrible but we didn't see any thing being thrown on the track.

I was talking to a track official afterwards that said that the cooler thrower was taken away by police after fans in his area of the stands pointed him out, he said everyone else in that area remained calm and cooperative.

I just wanted to let you know it was a few bad apples in a basket of literally over a hundred thousand & that the cooler thrower was arrested.
