Wow, it's Tuesday already. Hope everyone had a good weekend
This week's race is the MBNA 400 "Salute to Hereos" at Dover DE. It's race 13, half way to the 26 race point and the "Chase for the Championship." Last year's winner - both races - Ryan Newman. 2002's winner - both races - Jimmie Johnson. Hmmm this could be interesting. 2001 the spring race won by Jeff Gordon and the fall race won by Dale Jr. And last but not least 2000's winner - both races - Tony Stewart. Mark Martin and Jeff Gordon are the two active drivers with the most wins here at Dover - 3 each so who's going to join them this weekend - Newman, Johnson or Stewart
Not sure when qualifying is on Friday (Jayski's being slow today and doesn't have his race page up yet.) I'll post later to let you know when.
My picks:
1. #24 - J. Gordon (don't know what happened at Lowes but expect a much better performance this week)
2. #48 - J. Johnson (on a roll)
3. #9 - K. Kahne (still waiting on that first win)
4. #12 - R. Newman (Also still waiting on that first win of the season)
5. #20 - T. Stewart (Has an overall 4.3 finish at this track)
Spare - #6 M. Martin
Good Luck everyone.

I have a shower to go to Sunday. Hopefully I'll get to see the end!
This was the race I was supposed to be going to. Alas, it wasn't meant to be as the tickets fell through. There's always next year.
