Naruto Not In disney

First off, I have no clue where to put this topic so it's going here for the meanwhile.

basically Disney is trying to Buy the lenience for Naruto to air it on the Kids programme, I have a few opinions on this as do other 'Outaku'.

First off, Naruto is too violent to air on disney, and we DO NOT want Disney to butcher the plot line, It's a stupid idea.

Secondly, Naruto is far to complicated for any 8 year old to sit and watch over 200 episodes to get the plot line, and if you miss one episode it is hard to figure it out.

Thirdly, In japan Naruto Is intended for 16+ Audiences FOR A REASON! there is partial Nudity, Bad language death and blood along with a complicated plot line, you cannot cut all this out and still make sense of the plot line, it just won't work, people have to die the way they do in the series to let it progress.

Fourthly As an Avid member of the OVA, Outaku community, and staff and security for Anime conventions, Many of us agree that Disney should back off it's grubby little paws from Japanese animation (the Miyazaki films aside, they did a good job on those)

I do not want to see Disney Butcher this series, Many fans agree with me, and I urge them to Voice their opinion on the matter.

Isn't Naruto already being shown on Disney XD? *checks Google* Yup, they're showing Naruto Shippuden, which I guess is a sequel... That's in the USA. In the UK, they used to air Naruto on Jetix which is now Disney XD. I think they still sometimes show it since i've seen it in the TV guide a few times.

Anyway, it's already on Disney XD so you're too late for protests...

While I do enjoy Regular Disney movies, Disney should not be touching Anime.

I don't mind Disney programming but as an Entity I have a major problem with it, If Walt Disney were alive he would be so ashamed of what it has turned into.

disney has been selling anime a lot longer than naruto has been around.

in fact, some of the best selling anime in america is backed by disney.

I'm not into Naruto..not because of the anime itself but because of it's fan base and ridiculous number of filler eps but true anime and Disney don't really mix..but if it's already on there *shrugs* we'll see if parents complain and whatnot..if they don't then yay for gore, brief nudity, and violence on Disney I guess unless they cut a bunch of it out =P
it's not like little kids don't watch it already anyways..it was on cartoon network before..not even on adult swim..I'm also an huge fan of anime..not so much an otaku though >.> and I go to cons and stuff..they can show anime wherever they want..I'm sorry but if there's money involved and knowing they're gonna get more fans and whatnot they're gonna go for it..and scoring a deal with Disney's a big thing..even if they are gonna butcher it that's how the media is

I used it a couple years ago be into that show. ( i find it really stupid now )
I don't think disney could change any thing because (i may be wrong) there is way more of the mangas and the show is still behinde.
As others have said they all ready play it on some of disneys channels.
