Choosing a good seafood can be difficult. From the many posts I've read, three seem to stand out on WDW properties: Cape May ClamBake, Fulton's Fish Market, and The Flying Fish Cafe. Based on quality of food versus cost...any suggestions?

Thanks! :wave2:

We've done the clambake and Fulton's. They are totally different but they are also 2 of our favorites. Fulton's is more upscale. The menu is mostly seafood with lobster, crab and much more.
The clambake is a buffet with several seafood choices but I would have to say the majority of the buffet contains things other than seafood. However, I would give both an A+

Hi SpeechGuy

My vote goes for Fultons !::yes::
We've eaten there before and have PS's again this time around.

I can't truly compare the others for you though bc we have not tried them.Sorry.

Actually, Fulton's stands out only in terms of having the worst service at any WDW restaurant, bar none.

Of the other two, it's first a choice between a buffet and table service. If that dosen't really matter, Flying Fish would be my choice.

I would also have to choose the Flying Fish as the food and service are both great. Plus, the location is nice as you can stroll around the Boardwalk after dinner.

I loved the Flying Fish!!!

Haven't been to Fultons...but I liked Cape May Cafe ....but LOVED Flying Fish!!! Definitely try Flying Fish...

We also had an awful experience at Fultons. The food was just average, the service was poor and not special. For that money I would go to Flying Fish. If you want to save a little and are looking for clams, mussels and such, Cape May is a great deal. The food is very good for being a buffet, great salads, choices other than seafood and desserts. The atmosphere though is nowhere near Flying Fish.

We have had 2 fabulous experiences at Fulton's. Our entire family enjoyed it. It is pricey but we have this at the top of our list. We have also been to Flying Fish. FF has a great menu and great service. DH did not like the atmosphere, as it was loud and you are very close together. We couldn't enjoy each others company. Lots of people like this type of ambiece, I don't mind it. Just something to consider. Fulton's is much more relaxed. We haven't got to do the Cape May buffet, but its on our list for next visit to WDW.
:D

On our upcoming trip, we have PS at both the clambake and Fultons. Can't decide, do both! ::MickeyMo

...to everyone who posted to my question. I shared the info with my wife and she is now leaning in favor of the Flying Fish. Looks like it will be the FF! Thanks again! :wave2:
