It's called Best Western Park Place Inn and is as close as you can get to the entrance of DLR.

Ahhhh looks like no rooms for BW on their website and UK companies

Any American companies you could suggest please?

If not have keep looking

Which one would you suggest next ..... It was all going so well lol

Thanks again :)

I've only stayed at HoJo of those 3, though there's good things said about all of them. HoJo's was great, and it does have interior hallways rather than the other two, which are exterior walkways outside your room. Great pool area, seems pretty likely you could still swim, depending on the weather. Anyway, the hot tub near the kids' water playground is awesome! That said, it's not the closest. It's about a 10 minute walk up Harbor, made shorter if you cross the street and go in the taxi entrance rather than down to the crosswalk. At the end of the night, when you're tired, that walk up Harbor looks SOOOOO long. I liked staying there, but that was when you could get an amazing rate with an Entertainment coupon, and you can't any more.

I really liked Desert Inn, practically right at the crosswalk, like BWPPI and Trop. Inexpensive, simple, very clean and comfy, good service. They have an indoor pool (small and kinda plain) and free continental breakfast (again, not fancy, cereal, juice, fruit, etc). Perfect for our needs.

Have you considered Park Vue Inn? (Parkvueinn.com)

Full hot breakfast, fair rates ($200 or less per night), literally cannot get closer to the main gates. Clean. Generally quiet. Jacuzzi rooms if you and partner are smallish (DH is 250pounds, I'm 200, and it was tight for us).

I agree that Park Vue Inn is a good alternative. Anaheim Desert Inn and suites is also very close like the other poster said (except indoor pool).

I've found that when I don't find anything on a hotel search website (Orbitz, Expedia , etcetera), I may still find deals by going directly to the hotel's website. Good luck!

I haven't stayed at those. But Anaheim Desert Inn and Suites is very close and affordable. Their breakfast is just pastries and stuff. Nothing fancy. Their pool is indoors so even if weather is cooler you could swim. We stayed there in 2015 in a parlor suite and liked it. Again, not a fancy hotel or anything but for the price we thought it was good.

Of those you listed, I have stayed at The Tropicana. We have been there 3 times. We really like it. It is clean and simple not fancy. The pool is nice, it is salt water. We would be staying there again this summer, but we are bringing my nephew and we needed more space. But for you the Best Western Park Place Inn & Suites is right at the crosswalk and has free breakfast. I have heard it is really nice.

I liked the Tropicana. We stayed there in March and my son voted that it should be our new go to place. Like a lot of the others have suggested I like the desert inn and suites as well and when we don't need park tickets or we aren't booking a package with getaway today that's where we stay (they aren't on getaway today or any discount package website I think). Desert inn is a bit cheaper and I like the indoor pool for October-February stays. when we have annual passes it's cheaper to book with them.
