You might call and check availability. That might narrow your choices regarding the Contemporary since the South Garden Wing will still be closed for remodel at that time (end of October, I think?). Do you know if you would be interested in the garden rooms or the Tower?

Hi Traci,

I could have written your post! We have a 2yo, plan to spend most of our time at MK, and will be there Sept 27 to Oct 4. (But then, we have a 7-turning-8yo sibling).

We are trying to decide between the Contemporary and the Poly. I like that the CR is a little closer to MK, and has the walking path, also that it's a little cheaper. But now that I looked at some pictures of the rooms, yech! We might choose the Poly just so we don't get blinded by our decor!

My question for those who have been to both is this: How much easier is it to get to MK from the CR, versus the Poly? I know the Poly has monorail to MK, but how long is the ride? How long is the walk to MK from CR?

What about Wilderness Lodge? Also beautiful, relaxing, and deluxe, and just a quick boat ride from Magic Kingdom.
