Narcoossee's?

Is Narcoossee's open? I read that it was, but there doesn't seem to be any availability. And speaking of availability, if I'm going to be at WDW a certain week, and I really want to eat at, say, Narcoossee's, is there any way to easily find out when there's availability during that week?

We ate there in April. It was nice to see fewer tables and not as crowded as in the past.
The food was still good.
We timed it right and got to see the water pageant during our meal. Not as good as fireworks, but better than nothing.

Yes, we were there on Sunday. Like the pp stated, the restaurants are still at 50% capacity with reduced staff. However, I do know some of the part-timers just started back a few weeks ago.

Narcoossee’s offers a Mobile Dine Walk-up Waitlist sign outside of the restaurant, which I am going to assume is best used at 5 pm opening. Setting up TP alerts is another way, but I will say it was rough this time. We never got an alert for Narcoossees (trying to change to a later time), and the others required you to have speedy fingers.
