Narcoossee's Knot??

I read about this is a previous dining report, and was wondering what this is? IT costs $49 pp, and looks like a 4 course dinner. I guess what my question is, does this include the entire Narcoossee's menu, or is it a special menu?

The knot is a choice of one soup or salad, a starter, 1 entree and 1 dessert. the only things we saw that was not included was the lobster meals and the zesty shrimp. It really is a great deal from one of the best restaurants on Disney property or even Orlando area..I love Narcoossee's and really feel like their food has improved greatly over the past year with the new chef. I spoke with the new chef the last time we all ate there and have to say he is very pleasant and has a strong passion for the culinary arts. In fact we want to see what everyone else thought of Narcoossee's and get more feedback...we are going back in a couple of days being from southwest florida...does anyone know the name of the new chef at NArcoossee's??? I heard he has been there for about a year???LOVE NARCOOSSEE"S
